Born from the family behind 380 Peruvian Bistro, Red Dot Cevichery & Oyster Bar came to life in the middle of a storm—during a time of uncertainty, delays, and waiting on city permits that kept our 380 Peruvian Bistro from making food. This setback became our turning point. Instead of stopping, we leaned into what we could do best: an American-Peruvian Gulf Coast passion for fresh seafood, building a concept around a live cevichery and raw bar where everything is made to order, right in front of you. The vision had always been there—a cold bar and a hot bar, ceviche and oysters on one side, stir-fries and tradition on the other—but in that moment, the cold bar took the lead and The Redot was born. Inspired by Captain David’s love for fishing, the strength and vision of his Peruvian wife, Sailor Seabass holding it down, and Mama Rita’s recipes passed down through generations, every dish carries a story of resilience, culture, and flavor.
